All of our tortillas are made in house from scratch. We nixtamalize the corn ourselves, grind it and press it, then cook them fresh to order on our traditional clay comal. The menu revolves around that idea of fresh masa and every dish can and should be enjoyed with a side of fresh tortillas, trust us!
